This Baked Greek Feta is a deliciously warm and creamy appetizer, featuring roasted tomatoes, olives, and feta, all topped with crunchy toasted walnuts. Perfect for serving with crostini, it's a simple yet flavorful appetizer or side dish.

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F/160°C. In a large bowl, season the cherry tomatoes with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Add the green and black olives, rosemary, oil, and a pinch of red chili flakes and toss to combine.
  2. Spoon the tomato mixture into a HexClad 8"/20 cm Hybrid Fry Pan and nestle the feta into the center. Bake until feta is warm and cream and tomatoes are soft and roasted, 35 to 40 minutes
  3. Let cool 5 minutes. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve warm out of the skillet with crostini.
