When does the sale run?
The End of Summer Sale runs from August 20, 2026, and ends on September 7, 2026.
Where is the sale available?
This promotion is available on HexClad websites for the United Kingdom and European Union. Each site operates independently with local pricing, shipping and terms.
How does the 3 for 2 offer work, and what’s included?
Simply add any 3 products to your cart and we’ll do the rest: the deal will be automatically applied at checkout (no code required), removing the price from the cheapest item. This applies to individual products included in the promotion and is valid while stocks last.
Note: bundles & sets (like the 13-piece set) are not included.
Can I combine this promotion with other offers?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, offers or promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Returns for sale items follow our standard returns policy. If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned unused and in its original packaging
What payment methods are available?
We accept all standard payment methods available on your local store, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and financing options such as Klarna – availability of Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 Days varies by region.
How are HexClad Gift Cards delivered, and do they expire?
All HexClad Gift Cards are digital-only and delivered instantly by email.
No physical card is sent.
Gift Cards never expire, have no fees, and can be used on any product, including sale items.
Where can I use my gift card, and can I get a refund?
Gift Cards must be redeemed on the regional store from which they were purchased (e.g. hexclad.co.uk).
They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Orders paid with a Gift Card are refunded via replacement Gift Card.
