Can I return sale items?
Yes. Returns for sale items follow our standard returns policy. If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned unused and in its original packaging

How are HexClad Gift Cards delivered, and do they expire?
All HexClad Gift Cards are digital-only and delivered instantly by email.
No physical card is sent.
Gift Cards never expire, have no fees, and can be used on any product, including sale items.
Where can I use my gift card, and can I get a refund?
Gift Cards must be redeemed on the regional store where they were purchased (e.g. hexclad.co.uk).
They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Orders paid with a Gift Card are refunded via replacement Gift Card.
